Accessing okami on Mobile Devices
Unlike app-store-dependent platforms, okami operates as a web app accessible through your phone's standard browser. On Android, you open any browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), navigate to our domain, and the site automatically detects your device and displays the mobile interface. On iOS, the same process applies — Safari or any third-party browser will load our responsive layout. No additional installation steps or app-store approval delays are required.
The first visit typically prompts you to create an account. Our registration form asks for your email, a password, and a payment method preference (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or bank transfer). Once registered, you log in, and the okami dashboard appears. From there, you can deposit funds, explore sportsbook markets, join live-dealer tables, or browse slot games.
Mobile browsers cache the app locally, so subsequent loads are faster. If you use your phone frequently, you can add a homescreen shortcut (both Android and iOS support this) so okami launches like an installed app. This shortcut does not consume app-store space — it is simply a browser bookmark with a dedicated icon on your home screen.

Bank transfers take longer (typically 1–2 hours during business hours, but vary by bank) because they route through your bank's transfer system. Our system notifies you once we receive confirmation from your bank, and funds are credited immediately. Withdrawals use the same payment method you registered during signup. If you deposited via online payment, you withdraw to e-wallet; if via mobile banking, you withdraw to local payment.
Your okami account dashboard displays your current balance, recent deposit and withdrawal history, and pending verification requests. During peak traffic periods — such as SEA Games or Idul Fitri holidays — withdrawals may queue for verification, but the process is transparent and you receive notifications at each step.

Navigation & Interface Design
The okami mobile app uses a tab-based navigation model. The main tabs are Home (dashboard), Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, and Account. Within each section, filters and search functions let you narrow results — for example, in Sportsbook you can filter by sport (football, badminton, esports) or by tournament (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Mobile Legends Pro League).
The Account tab displays your balance, bet history, deposit/withdrawal records, and support chat. All labels are in English, and critical information (like minimum and maximum bet amounts at each table) is displayed prominently. If you need help, the support icon appears at the bottom of every page — tap it to open a chat window with an okami support agent.
During high-traffic periods, the interface remains responsive because we cache static content locally on your phone. Market odds and live-casino odds stream separately, so a sportsbook lag (if any) does not affect live-table performance. If you experience connection issues, try refreshing the page or reloading the browser tab — the system will resume from where you left off.
